Spiritual Awakening Happening How a Message from the Angels Changed My Life?

Spiritual Awakening Happening How a Message from the Angels Changed My Life

“Spiritual Awakening Happening” was the thought I received as I woke up at 7:00 on the morning of Super Bowl Sunday. I was used to receiving thoughts ever since I received the message one night, “Write these books: Ask your Angel and Learn to Love.” My book, “Ask Your Angel,” is now on Amazon.

I never even had a thought about writing a book. But I did get that message.

Later that day I sat down to try and write something. Then when I started to write, all the words came to me as fast as I could write.

After I read what I had written, I realized I needed an illustrator. The words were that good.

At my computer I typed in ‘how to find an illustrator.’ Instantly a company out of San Francisco popped up: UpWork, I saw that the company hires independent people for all sorts of jobs. I applied for an illustrator for a children’s book.

The next day when I turned on my computer, I had samples and backgrounds from people all over the country.

It took me days to look at the sketches and read the backgrounds of the artists.  Finally, I selected six I liked. I wasn’t sure which one I should choose.

That night when I went to bed, I prayed about it.

The next morning as I was reading the artists’ backgrounds, I stopped on the third one.  We had three things in common.  “This must be the one,” I thought.

She wanted to be paid by the hour at a rate I could afford. I contacted her by computer. All our work was done by computer. I have never seen her or talked with her.

Although she was from Tonawanda, N.Y., and I lived in Miami, Florida, we were able to work together by computer. I would send her words to a page; she would send me sketches.  I either suggested changes or okayed them.

My illustrator regularly turned in her hours’ work weekly. UpWork paid her by charging my debit card and sending her a check.

When the illustrator began to add colors to the pages of the book, I said to make it colorful because that would appeal to Latinos. After our work was done and the book was complete, I tried to get the book uplifted to Amazon.  There were so many requirements, I finally turned the job over to my husband.  He worked on and off for a year trying to upload the book. On one Sunday afternoon, he spent three hours on a zoom call with the illustrator. With the two of them working together, they finally were successful.  “It’s up,” he shouted as he walked out of his office.

I was so happy.  We had finally gotten the book online at Amazon!

But I could tell my husband was angry when he said, “I can’t believe I spent so much time on it!”

Having the book has changed my life. Local magazine articles, correspondence from readers, speaking engagements. When someone I know buys the book, I always say why I wrote the book.  I tell them about the message I received and how the story came to me. In fact, I added an addendum which I put after the last page.  Or if a friend from out of town buys the book online, I mail my friend the addendum.

And since putting together the book, I get strong thoughts early in the morning. Thoughts I knew would not have been mine. Thoughts like “Pray for Trump.” I do now. Or one thought I could even put on  T-shirt, “Once you’re AWAKE, your life comes ALIVE.”

“Why was I selected out of the whole world to get a message telling me to write those books?” I wondered.  My friends probably wondered why, too!

After I sold some of my books in two bazaars, I knew why. I would write to friends who lived in other cities. The message came to me because I live in a multi-cultural city! And I’ve learned how different cultures have different feelings about angels.

My Protestant Anglo-Saxon background is very different from that of some Catholic Latinos. My culture believes in “doing things ourselves.”  We don’t need any help. The frontiersman attitude. We’ve heard about angels.  They were in the Bible. And we’ve heard stories about Guardian Angels.  But that’s what they are, just stories.

I found out a cultural l difference when I was selling my book. One Latino woman passed by my stand of books and said, “I talk to my angels all the time.”

Different attitudes and responses from people made me want to do research on angels. I had to find out if other people had written about angel contacts. I looked on Amazon for books about angels. I couldn’t believe the books I saw. All written by individuals who had experienced  an angel encounter.

Years ago when my husband watched the tv show, “Touched by an Angel,”

I remember thinking, “That’s ridiculous. I’m not going to watch that show. Who would believe that?”  Now I know lots of people believe these types of stories.

Many people have written about angel encounters. There were over 50 books for children and many more for adults.

When I began searching for a book about angel encounters, the first book I bought was the large book, “Angels and Awakening,” by Julie Jancius.  She even has a podcast with the same name as her book, “Angels and Awakening.” Her podcast is rated one of the top ten spiritual podcasts in countries around the world.

I remember reading, “Angels think they have been forgotten.” But angels are making themselves known now.  The title of one book I saw is “Angels on Assignment: Exploring the Role Angels Play in Believers’ Lives Today” by Roland Buck. Readers can also learn about angels with “A Book of Angels: Reflections on Angels Past and Present, and True Stories of How They Touch Our Lives” by Sophy Burnham.

Today we can also read popular books like “Proof of Heaven” by Eben Alexander, a Harvard neurosurgeon. He makes presentations on his books around the world.  He admits the first half of his life was focused on science with no thought of any spiritual world. But his life was changed after he contacted bacterial meningitis. He spent a week in the hospital in a comma. People thought he was dying.

When he awoke from the coma, he was a changed person. He had had an extraordinary journey for five days into the spiritual world. He had the understanding of consciousness itself.

Another person who had a spiritual transformation is Suzanne Giesmann.  She  served as a Naval Commander and an aide de camp to the head of the U.S. Military. She flew on Air Force One with the President.

After her stepdaughter was struck and killed by lighting, she visited a medium and realized that death is not the end of life. We’re not only human, we have a consciousness or soul that continues to live.  She says in her book, “The Awakened Way,” we are souls temporarily in a physical body.

Now Suzanne Geismann is a respected medium who travels the world telling people about their spiritual side.  She talks about angels who will help them as they go through their physical lives if asked. Because we have free will, we have to ask our angels for any help. Just like my book said.

Today Suzanne Giesmann has many videos online. She has written books and gives talks to tell people about their multidimensional lives.

She can answer questions people have by calling on her group of spirits. The group of spirits have asked to be called Sanaya.

Another group of spirits who call themselves Abraham are channeled through Ester Hicks. She gives presentations all over the world in hotels and on cruises.

When individuals in the audience want answers to questions, Ester Hicks channels Abraham for answers.

I now know we live in a spiritual world with possibilities we never believed were true.

If angels had never given me the silent message to write “Ask Your Angel,” I wouldn’t be aware of my possibilities.

Because we have mediums like Suzanne Giesemann, Ester Hicks, and others writing books and giving talks in hotels and on cruises all over the world, I believe the thought I received early one morning. “Spiritual Wakening Happening.”
